/ 2/24/2007 01:49:00 am heyoz! :D ohh passed midnight and it's the 7th day into CNY aka ren ri.. (human's day? hahaha direct translation laa..) according to tradition it's happy birthday to everyone out there.. haha.. gotta lao yu sheng at my aunt's place later.. (the new yr dish with colourful veggies and my fav salmon sashimi muwaha!) :D the past 7 days were alright lah.. visitings + food + visitings + food.. hahaha.. !! food.. my fav! muwaha! =P~ here's a list of my new-year-must-have-food for me! not in order okay! :D * kueh bualu (dunno how to spell =x) * prawn rolls! * pineapple tarts! * the cornflake+honey cookie! * Julie's choco filled wafer sticks! * kueh lapis from marina mandarin hotel! * Storck's mint chocolate sweet! (my all time fav.. not only during cny.. haha.. cny's just an excuse to buy more of it =x) * steamboat! = golden needle mushroom, mushrooms and more mushrooms! mummy's vegetarian dish! :D .. CP's fresh shrimp wonton! haha.. ^-^ ehh compared to previous years, i ate a lot lesser already... i can only eat a bit bit bit bit of each of the 'delicacies' mentioned above.. and it's really a bit bit bit bit.. =( think there's something wrong with my stomach from dunno since when.. too much food or oily food = feels like puking. boo. =/ ooh.. and this year's cny's a teeny bit different from the previous years' too! [#1] new family members aka MM (my cousin's husband, he looked super fit so we nicknamed him MM, aka muscle man, and he doesn't know about it =x ) .. and xiaoyun jie jie aka my sis-in-law.. :) the more the merrier!! [#2] receiving my first angbao from my second bro who got married last year! =D [#3] first time having a mahjong table at home!.. daddy bought it somewhere at 39bucks for both the table and the mahjong set, quite cheap ah! :P haha yeapz! 8 more days of CNY to go! 13 more days to A lvls results.. (oh manz 13.. wad a number.. =S ) |
